Food Plant Operator

Adecco Italia Our client, a structured reality in the food sector that counts over 200 employees on three production sites located in the province of Verona, has entrusted us with selecting a Food Plant Operator for the Villafranca (VR) site.Main responsibilities of the role: starting up the plant and verifying the main technological and quality parameters related to the finished product; operating the plant and executing tests to ensure compliance with process standards required (for example, measuring temperature); evaluating conformity of the product to predefined standards; modifying process parameters in case of deviation from defined standards; executing product changes and format changes; emptying and shutting down the plant for end-of-production; resolving mechanical problems in collaboration with the maintenance team.Requirements requested: previous experience in the role, preferably in the food sector; ability to modify machine automatic parameters; experience in managing and maintaining production plant bases; orientation towards quality and precision; availability to work on three shifts Monday-Friday (no continuous cycle).The Company offers: employment at direct dependence with initial term determinate/indeterminate; RAL indicative of 26,000€-30,000, however commensurate with actual skills acquired; collaborative context and constant growth.
