We are looking for, on behalf of our client TRIOWORLD in Pouancé, a manufacturer of agricultural plastic films, line operators (m/f).

Your main responsibilities: - Prepare, start up, and monitor a production line - Supply machines with material or granules - Follow production parameters and control product quality - Identify and report technical anomalies - Perform first-level maintenance - Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S) - Participate in continuous improvement actions Your working conditions: - Fixed 5x8 shift work (annual schedule) - Maximum 3 or 4 days per cycle - Remuneration: €12.31/hour + transport bonus, shift bonus, night shift premium, night allowance, Sunday and public holiday premium, seniority bonus.
