She/He operates in masonry and general carpentry, for both private clients, architects, and certain public markets.
The site manager is responsible for the complete management of several projects, from preparation to final delivery.
She/He manages an average of 3 to 4 sites simultaneously. She/He organizes and leads site meetings, establishes and adjusts schedules, monitors budgets, and ensures compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety.
She/He coordinates internal teams and subcontractors, particularly in roofing, sanitary, and HVAC.
She/He works in close collaboration with the internal team, including the quantity surveyor/estimator, administrative permit management, and accounting for progress reports.
The role is resolutely field-oriented, with approximately 80% of the time spent on construction sites; office work is carried out on-site (there is no remote work).Profile- You have proven experience as a site manager in a general contracting company, in masonry and carpentry.
- You are comfortable with the technical, administrative, and financial monitoring of construction projects.
- You know how to manage several sites in parallel and coordinate teams of workers and subcontractors.
- You are autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented.
- You communicate easily with architects, clients, and partners.
- You master common computer tools and work with rigor and a sense of responsibility.OfferThe company offers a full-time permanent contract.
You will join a human-sized structure with a substantial internal workforce, with an average of 3 to 5 workers per site. The position is key in the organization, with a long-term vision and a progressive increase in responsibilities. Compensation is negotiable based on your experience and will be discussed directly with management. Sites are located exclusively in the province of Liège, with no long-distance travel and no remote work.
