Quality Management
- Fully and without exception comply with current procedures.
- Respect specifications that guarantee the quality of manufactured products.
- Participate, if applicable, in the drafting of equipment operating procedures, manufacturing procedures, and any other document necessary for the smooth operation of the workshop.
- Implement cleaning and disinfection procedures that guarantee the cleanliness of equipment.
- Immediately report any anomaly to the Sector Manager and provide improvement suggestions.
- Perform sampling for Quality Control according to the established procedure.
· Maintain appropriate behavior for the activity at all times.
- Ensure the permanent cleanliness and tidiness of the premises.
Process Management:
- Divide raw materials by weighing, if necessary
- Prepare and check the equipment to be used and, if necessary, make the necessary adjustments.
- Ensure the start-up of a manufacturing operation.
- Load raw materials and products into the equipment.
- Carry out all manufacturing operations for which they have been trained and according to the written techniques in their possession.
- Perform in-process controls as defined and record the results on the documents constituting the batch record.
- Perform and have the capability to control manufacturing parameters (temperature, viscosity, pressure, coloration, unit weight, disintegration, etc.)
- Make necessary corrections
- In case of out-of-specification results, immediately inform the Sector Manager.
Machine Park - Equipment Management:
According to the recommendations of the Equipment Manager and the Sector Maintenance Technicians:
- Perform simple technical interventions by following the procedure.
- Ensure the cleaning of equipment.
- Perform Level 1 preventive maintenance.
- Complete and initial all documents related to the manufacturing itself and its management.
- Participate in the development of technical documents used in the workshop.
- Propose and implement, after agreement, any modification to improve productivity.
Asset and People Management:
- Comply with safety instructions relating to products and machines.
- Apply the procedures for which they have been trained.
- Alert management if the evolution of equipment use calls into question previous instructions.
- Propose safety improvements at the workstation.
Required Profile:
- High school diploma or Bac+2 (equivalent to Associate's degree).
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and GMP/GDP requirements.
- Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Team spirit and good communication skills.
