Site Manager for Dry Networks H/F

Job description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the action: You are the primary point of contact for our public clients (energy unions, local authorities, departmental councils, urban or communal communities) in the context of carrying out dry network works. You will be responsible for managing an annual business volume of €1.5M - €2M and supervising a team of 4 to 10 people. Your missions will include:
- Planning and execution of sites: You will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and acceptance of works for the extension, burial, and removal of electricity, telephone, and public lighting networks, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality.
- Financial monitoring: You will monitor invoicing and ensure payments are received before closing your sites.
- Client relations: You will maintain close relationships and foster loyalty with our clients and suppliers.
- Team management: You will lead, support, and motivate your teams to achieve and exceed the expected results.
- Most importantly: Safety! You are responsible for the safety of your teams in the field. To achieve this, you will adhere to the company's internal processes and be supported by a QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) representative. Compensation: Fixed salary over 13.3 months (EXECUTIVE status + Meal Vouchers + advantageous family health insurance) What we offer:
