In your role, you will be responsible for the preparation, organization, and complete monitoring of your renovation and transformation construction sites, from the preparation phase to their final completion.- Prepare construction sites in technical, organizational, and financial terms.
- Analyze plans, execution files, and specificities related to existing buildings.
- Plan the different stages of the work, particularly the needs for personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Organize the daily progress of construction sites and ensure their operational execution.
- Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and different trades.
- Ensure the ordering, supply, and availability of necessary materials.
- Anticipate potential constraints related to the occupation, operation, or structure of existing buildings.
- Implement and monitor procedures related to quality, safety, and the environment.
- Control the progress of work as well as compliance with deadlines, costs, and technical requirements.
- Ensure financial monitoring of construction sites.
- Prepare estimates, additional estimates, and quantity surveys of the work performed.
- Participate in invoicing and verification of services rendered.
- Participate in site meetings and follow up on decisions made.
- Maintain a quality professional relationship with clients, site management, project managers, and project partners.
Profile Sought
- You hold a recognized qualification as a construction site manager.
- You have at least five years of confirmed experience in managing construction sites in Switzerland.
- You have practical experience in the field of renovation and transformation.
- You master standard computer tools as well as BauBit software.
- You are comfortable with the technical, administrative, and financial monitoring of construction sites.
- You are a proactive, autonomous, organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- You appreciate teamwork and know how to communicate effectively with the various stakeholders on a construction site.
- You are capable of managing multiple priorities in a demanding and constantly evolving environment.
