• Plan, organize, and coordinate the work for our new construction projects in the canton of Vaud.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise on-site teams and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.).
• Monitor work progress and guarantee compliance with current safety regulations.
• Manage the administrative and financial aspects of construction sites, including invoicing and budget tracking.

• Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in Construction Management (minimum 5 years) and in the construction field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good experience in TCE (Tous Corps d'État - All Trades).
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team player attitude.
• Knowledge of current standards and regulations.
• Rigor, organization, flexibility.
