Site Manager M/F

Directly reporting to the Business Manager and in collaboration with them, your missions will be:
· Assist in the technical and human management of projects: Understanding customer needs, technical response to specifications, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, site management, management of assigned personnel and planning
· Establish estimates
· Prepare sites in terms of human resources, organization, and procurement and ensure the smooth running of your projects
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
· Participate in the company's performance and ensure its image with its clients
· Globally participate in project profitability and customer satisfaction
· Be proactive in improving safety conditionsBased in Sens, you will carry out your mission within a regional scope.
