Conductor of Construction Works

The conductor of construction works is the coordinator of building construction operations within his unit. As the head of the construction site, he is responsible for the development of projects, the respect of standards and delivery deadlines, as well as the safety of different construction professionals in the BTP. In external operations, he ensures the deployment of mobile infrastructure and the management of cold sanitary water supply to meet the needs of personnel. One of his main tasks is to ensure the proper functioning of the construction site, including the organization of the site, the supervision of the work, the management of the workforce, the coordination of the various stakeholders, and the monitoring of the progress of the project. He must also ensure the compliance with the regulations and standards in force, as well as the respect of the environment and the safety of the personnel.
