Job description
As part of the development of its activity in Île-de-France, DEMOSTEN is recruiting an experienced Asbestos Removal Site Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage two to five sites, from the transfer of files to their technical, financial, and contractual closure. Your missions: - prepare, organize, and manage asbestos removal operations (SS3 - asbestos-containing materials remediation - Type 3);
- establish and monitor budgets, schedules, and margin objectives;
- supervise site foremen and coordinate teams;
- anticipate human and material needs and supplies;
- ensure compliance with the Remediation Plan (PDRE), asbestos regulations, and safety requirements;
- ensure relations with clients and project managers;
- monitor additional work, progress claims, and invoicing. You will mainly operate in Île-de-France, with occasional travel possible throughout France.
