Site Manager HVAC M/F

LET Lafforgue specializes in climate engineering. We master the trades of air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and ventilation. We work with our clients in both individual and professional markets. Our human-sized company comprises 20 employees, is based in L'Isle-Jourdain (32), covers a service area in Gers and Haute Garonne, and is currently looking for a Site Manager HVAC M/F as a replacement. Your missions: Site preparation - Assist the Account Manager in the bid response phases - Receive and study the elements of the technical file (plans, provisional budget) - Re-evaluate the technical study, the provisional budget, and develop the detailed site budget (material volume, necessary human and material resources, etc.) - Carry out permit applications and obtain the documents necessary for site setup - Contact, evaluate services, and select suppliers Work planning - Set objectives for Site Supervisors: team constitution, progress points, performance indicators - Define workload plans and schedule actions to be taken: coordination of interventions, supervision of maintenance and supply activities - Organize workstations, define the processes implemented on sites and optimize them to meet the safety, quality, and budget standards specified in the tender documents - Monitor site activity and the progress of different lots through regular meetings with Site Supervisors - Ensure the correct application of safety and hygiene procedures - Prepare site reports for the Account Manager and/or clients Work monitoring - Ensure the administrative and financial management of sites (monitoring client and supplier invoicing, optimizing site execution margins) - Ensure interface with the different stakeholders of the construction project (client, design office, architectural firms, control bodies, etc.) - Participate in the site acceptance in the presence of the client and the Account Manager Team leadership - Supervise the teams under your responsibility (Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, Workers, etc.) and take charge of operational personnel management (recruitment, leave, disciplinary measures) - Ensure a good team atmosphere by respecting site objectives - Provide an assessment of the skills and work of the team members - If necessary, evaluate staffing needs and associated skills
