Axia RH METZ recruits a Confirmed Carpenter Foreman Wood H/F for one of its clients based in the South Nancy area.

Under the authority of the Director and in collaboration with the team, you ensure the coordination and supervision of construction sites, respecting deadlines, budgetary constraints, and regulatory requirements, and in accordance with the company's values.

Your missions:

1. Gestion de projet

• Advise clients and monitor offers and projects.

• Examine files and participate in cost estimates with the Measurer.

• Negotiate prices and follow up on tenders.

• Distribute and pilot files in collaboration with the administrative assistant.

1. Préparation des chantiers

• Prepare schedules and technical plans (reservation plans, etc.).

• Coordinate technical studies and validations with the Architect.

• Organize product deliveries and track supplies.

• Verify and validate supplier invoices upon receipt.

1. Suivi des chantiers

• Participate in construction site meetings and follow up on progress.

• Manage team interventions and subcontractors.

• Control file elements and meter discrepancies.

• Prepare monthly situations for billing.

• Ensure communication with architects, OPC, SPS, etc.

1. Fin de chantier

• Conduct construction site receptions and lift reservations.

• Establish final billing.

• Prepare replenishment plans and profitability reports.

• Analyze schedules and report to management.

1. Gestion managériale

• Serve as a relay for the company's managerial strategy.

• Supervise teams, promote cohesion, and manage resources.

• Participate in recruitment and knowledge sharing.

• Ensure respect for procedures, quality, and safety.

No major travel expected

Your profile:

You hold a minimum bachelor's degree in construction management.

Technical skills :

• Mastery of construction procedures and standards.

• In-depth knowledge of the building sector, particularly carpentry.

• Broad understanding of public and private markets.

• Mastery of project management, cost estimation, and budget tracking.

• Familiarity with computer tools (Word, Excel, construction management software).

• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality rules.

Managerial skills :

• Able to rally a team and manage priorities.
