You are a meticulous, versatile person with a sense of responsibility?

We are looking for a line conductor (F/H) based in Réalmont (81) on behalf of our client. Missions
Your main missions:
Production and Hygiene: You ensure the ensachage and loading of ingredients on the production line, while scrupulously respecting the rules of hygiene and food safety. Cleaning the line and its surroundings is also part of your responsibilities.

Logistics and Stocks: You receive goods and check their conformity. You actively contribute to stock management (respect for FIFO, entry/exit recording) and ensure product traceability.

Quality and Maintenance: You perform sampling and identification of samples for the laboratory. You are also capable of resolving technical and mechanical problems at first level, and escalating other issues to concerned services.

Sourcing and Order Preparation: You participate in procurement requests for raw materials, packaging, and equipment. You prepare orders destined for warehouses or customers, ensuring conformity (FIFO, traceability, hygiene).

3 months full-time temporary position with possible integration into a permanent role
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm (with 1-hour break) – Long-term work in 2x8 hours
CACES 1B and 3 mandatory
Capacity to carry loads: use and fabrication of 25-kilogram sacks to be carried daily and repeatedly
Remuneration: from €12.38 (and negotiable based on profile and experience) Capacity:
Good knowledge of stock management tools and the overall organization and functioning of the company, as well as product flows and information.
Aptitude to carry loads for order preparation
Rigour and anticipation
Capacity to organize, plan, and coordinate actions to structure the warehouse
Capacity to use computer tools (emails, stock management software, Excel)
Be a driving force
A first experience in an industrial environment, ideally in agro-food, would be ideal.
