Our Jobandtalent agency is looking for a motivated, rigorous bus driver with excellent customer service skills for one of its clients. Main missions for the bus driver position - Transport passengers safely - Ensure the safe transport of passengers on assigned urban or interurban routes.
- Welcome, inform, and assist users in accordance with rules of courtesy and fairness.
- Ensure punctuality and quality of service in compliance with defined schedules and routes.
- Collect and check transport tickets, verify regularity of access to the bus.
- Ensure the opening and closing of doors, guaranteeing the safety of people boarding and alighting.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the vehicle, report any mechanical anomalies or incidents occurring during driving.
- Comply with the highway code, safety instructions, and regulations related to passenger transport. Profile sought to become a bus driver - Skills and qualities expected - Holder of a valid Driving License D and up-to-date FIMO (Initial Minimum Mandatory Training) for Passenger transport.
- Previous experience as a bus driver appreciated, but beginners accepted with good motivation.
- Sense of responsibility, punctuality, autonomy, and composure in the face of unforeseen events.
- Good presentation, interpersonal skills, and ease of communication.
- Ability to manage customers with professionalism and kindness.
- Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays according to a 5-day per week schedule (2 days off). Working conditions and benefits of the bus driver position - Position available on a permanent contract (CDI) or long-term assignment depending on client needs.
- Remuneration: €2034.34 Gross + 13th month + seniority bonus from 6 months
