Loader Operator M/F

We are looking for a LOADER OPERATOR M/F for our asphalt plant in Saint Germain du Pert. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for feeding the plant while monitoring material stock. As a key member of our plant, your missions will be as follows: Loader operation (CACES R482 - Cat. C1): - Load hoppers with materials.
- Load customer trucks with aggregates or asphalt.
- Haul materials.
- Operate and maneuver the equipment according to safety regulations.
- Monitor and ensure the maintenance of the loader for its proper functioning. Monitoring and management of material stocks: - Monitor aggregate stocks in real-time and report on supply needs.
- Identify quality anomalies (presence of clay, non-compliant granulometry) and alert if necessary. Participation in plant production and maintenance: - Work in close collaboration with the production team to continuously feed the plant according to the requested formulations.
- Clean and maintain the storage platform and its surroundings.
- Participate in routine maintenance operations of the plant and its equipment (cleaning, greasing, minor repairs).
- Respect and enforce safety and traffic regulations on the site. What we offer you: - A position based in Saint Germain du Pert and to be filled within the framework of a full-time permanent contract (CDI)
