As a Condominium Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a condominium community, including but not limited to: * Providing exceptional customer service to residents and board members * Managing the day-to-day operations of the condominium community, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations * Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects * Maintaining accurate and detailed records of community activities, financial transactions, and other relevant information * Developing and implementing effective marketing and advertising strategies to promote the condominium community * Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, board members, and other stakeholders * Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement * Collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Performing other duties as assigned by management If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for serving others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
