CONCURS POST DIRECTOR GENERAL

We are announcing the selection procedure for the Director General position at SOCIETATEA BAZA DE TRATAMENT ȘI AGREMENT BĂILE SĂRATE OCNA MURES SA. In accordance with the provisions of O.U.G. nr. 109/2011, approved with modifications and completions by Law no. 111/2016, including Law no. 187/2023, SOCIETATEA BAZA DE TRATAMENT ȘI AGREMENT BĂILE SĂRATE OCNA MURES SA announces the selection procedure for candidates to be nominated for the position of Director General of the company for a period of maximum 4 years. The selection procedure includes the following successive stages: a) Stage I - selection of candidate files and preliminary interview; b) Stage II - interview for candidates declared "admitted" after stage I and after submitting their declaration of intention. A. The mandatory qualification criteria that will serve as the basis for selection are: a) having higher education diplomas and a total work experience of at least 10 years; b) having relevant experience of at least 5 years in consulting or management positions exercised at the level of public authorities or in director positions, respectively, within public institutions, public enterprises, or private companies; c) not being in conflict of interest that would make them incompatible with exercising the function of company director; d) not having been previously convicted of a crime or misdemeanor; e) having a good reputation and being known for their honesty and integrity. B. The optional criteria are: 1. Previous experience in the HORECA sector. C. The procedure for submitting applications is as follows: Candidates will submit their applications in person or by proxy until December 29, 2025, at the latest by 4:00 p.m., to the address of the company's correspondence: Ocna Mures, str. Fabricii nr.12., cod 515700, jud. Alba. By submitting their application, candidates implicitly agree that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment and selection. At the end of the selection process, the documents of candidates who are not confirmed in office will be returned to the applicants upon request within 30 days or destroyed after 30 days.
