Concrete & Formwork Carpenters - Multiple Roles
Canberra | February Start | Long-Term Project
Talent Mining & Minerals is recruiting multiple experienced Concrete & Formwork Carpenters for a major long-term project in Canberra, commencing February.
This is a rare opportunity to secure stable, ongoing work (3-4 years) on a large-scale project with new accommodation provided near site.

Talent Mining & Minerals is recruiting multiple experienced Concrete & Formwork Carpenters for a major long-term project in Canberra, commencing February.
This is a rare opportunity to secure stable, ongoing work (3-4 years) on a large-scale project with new accommodation provided near site.
The Role:
- Formwork installation and stripping
- Concrete pours and finishing
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Working safely and efficiently within a team environment
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship on a large commercial project
- 6 days per week, or
- Multiple rosters
- ABN or Casual - flat rate
- ABN highly desirable
- Fortnightly pay
- New accommodation provided close to site
- Proven experience in concrete & formwork carpentry
- Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience
- Construction White Card (mandatory)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Must pass a police clearance
- Strong safety awareness and reliability
- Ability to commit to long-term work
- 3-4 years of ongoing work
- Immediate start for the right candidates
