Concrete Construction Manager

We are looking for a Concrete Construction Manager.

Workplace: Contracts are planned in Germany, Belgium and Scandinavia - country depends on candidate's experience.

Salary: 3500 – 4500 EUR netto + bonuses, depending on qualifications

Duties:
- Organizing and controlling the progress of works on the construction site
- Reviewing and evaluating project documentation from a technical standpoint
- Monitoring quality and deadlines for completed tasks
- Resolving technical issues that arise during implementation
- Participation in acceptance procedures and control of investment expenditures
- Regular preparation of financial and factual reports related to project progress

Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in supervising concrete construction projects - buildings, bridges, tunnels- Knowledge of technological processes related to concreting, reinforcing, and finishing- Experience in managing a team in international projects (5-30 people)- Ability to read and analyze technical documentation in Polish and English- Knowledge of quality control methods for concrete and verification of work compliance with the project- Knowledge of English language - min. B1- Openness and communicativeness- Engagement and accuracy- Driving license category B

Priorities:
- Construction permits in the specialty of construction-constructional engineering- Knowledge of an additional language in which the realization is (e.g. German)
