Concierge/Porter - Palé Hall

Job Description Palé Hall is seeking an additional Concierge/Porter to strengthen our vibrant Front of House team. We are looking for someone outgoing, flexible, and confident in engaging with guests, ideally with strong local knowledge to share. You will become familiar with the local area and its attractions, recommending places to visit, highlighting the best walks, advising on travel routes, and suggesting activities. Previous hotel experience is not essential; what matters most is your personality, enthusiasm, and ability to build rapport with our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a memorable stay, providing exceptional service, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will also be required to work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
