CONCIERGE

Permanent – 24 hours/week

Résidence L'Avantage – Ville Brossard

POSITION DETAILS :

Part-time night shift position;
Schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM, including one (1) weekend every two (2);
Night shift premium;
4% premium.

Your Profile :

Secondary education diploma;
Basic knowledge of electricity/plumbing;
Manual work experience;
This position requires basic knowledge of English to perform occasional communications related to tasks. Mastery of French remains essential.
Your Mission :

Maintain common areas;
Install equipment and furniture according to the needs of activities in the residence;
Perform general maintenance work in residents' apartments.
