Responsibilities - Cleaning interior and exterior surfaces of train stations - Manage maintenance and upkeep activities of installations - Ensure various requests and minor repairs - Manage small repair projects - Monitor and accompany work execution by contracted companies - Treat daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets - Propose and implement suitable modifications and improvements for different sectors - Maintain green spaces - Provide piquet service. Profile - CFC agent or equivalent title - Several years of experience in a similar activity - Good administrative and technical management skills for small construction projects - Mastery of French essential - Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Mandatory driving license - Autonomy, Reactivity, Priority Management, - Good communication Sense of relational and service - Very good physical condition, ability to work outdoors.
