The Gut Wenghof – Mountain Resort consists of two outstanding areas. On the one hand, the "all inclusive" Family Club facility offers 91 family rooms with a total of around 300 beds. This includes a panoramic restaurant with show cooking, a 24/7 pizzeria, a winter garden café, a hotel bar, and a pool area. On the other hand, the resort comprises luxurious premium-segment chalets equipped with an infinity pool, hot tub, and sauna.

The Gut Wenghof – Mountain Resort is part of the renowned hotel and gastronomy group Felleis & Knittelfelder.

• Personal greeting and check-in of our chalet guests
• Guest service throughout their entire stay
• Assistance with luggage service upon arrival and departure
• Conducting chalet tours and house tours
• Organization and coordination of breakfast, catering, and dining offers between Gut Wenghof and the chalets
• Service, restocking, and cleaning of our chalet shop
• Inspection of chalets before each guest arrival
• Assistance with intermediate and final cleaning
• Organization and transport of chalet laundry
• Organization of waste disposal
• Ongoing inspection of the entire chalet area for cleanliness and order
• Close coordination with the reception, housekeeping, kitchen, and building services of Gut Wenghof
• Independent organization of daily chalet operations

In addition, we would appreciate technical support for minor repair work. You don't need to be a trained building services technician – but you should have two capable hands.

• Daily inspection of the pool area together with our building services
• Inspection and maintenance of garden and outdoor areas
• Carrying out minor repair, maintenance, and upkeep work
• Identifying technical problems and coordinating necessary repairs with our building services team

• First experience in the hotel industry
• Neat and tidy appearance
• Enjoy personal interaction with guests
• Independent and organized way of working
• Practical aptitude
• Good German and English skills
• Driver's license class B
• Learning on the job and interest in the tasks involved

• 5 or 6-day week
• Regular, predictable working hours - duty roster planned 1-2 weeks in advance

• Gross salary based on 40h starting from € 2,700.00 plus 13th/14th salary
