We're seeking an experienced Concession Manager to take ownership of one of their most important boutique spaces within David Jones. As Concession Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of your boutique space. You'll lead a small team and be trusted to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage stock, build relationships with department store partners, and drive performance through visual standards and selling strategies.

• Lead and inspire a small team to deliver elevated, personal service

• Drive performance through styling, storytelling, and exceptional product knowledge

• Manage visual merchandising and stock levels to uphold brand standards

• Build trusted relationships with floor management

• Meet and exceed sales targets, with a clear focus on client experience over volume

• $65K-$70K base salary + super

You're an experienced retail leader with:

• Fashion retail management experience (concession or boutique ideal)

• Ability to build strong working relationships with department store teams

• High standards, strong visual presentation skills, and excellent attention to detail
