Trustii also develops Horizon, a strategic platform that redefines organizational human risk management by allowing organizations to identify, prevent, and manage risks in a proactive and continuous manner.

Your Role

As a UX/UI Product Designer, you will play a key role in the conception and evolution of Trustii's products, with direct involvement on Horizon, our flagship platform. You will intervene throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to production, in close collaboration with the Product Manager and development team.

Your work will directly contribute to making complex human risk management issues clear, intuitive, and easy to use for our users.

• Design the user experience of new features from start to finish, taking into account user needs and business objectives
• Actively participate in requirement gathering with the Product Manager
• Contribute to functionality framing and need refinement
• Translate complex problems into clear, effective, and coherent interfaces
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Validate solutions through user interviews and testing with existing or potential clients
• Ensure a smooth and structured handoff to the development team using Figma
• Define, maintain, and evolve the design system
• Contribute to ongoing UX/UI practice improvement within the product team

• About 7-8 years of experience or more in UX/UI design or product conception
• SIGNIFICANT experience on SaaS products, ideally in a B2B context
• Excellent mastery of Figma, including variables and components and Auto layouts
• Comfortable in an agile product environment
• Solid capacity to translate business objectives and user needs into concrete and structured solutions
• A background in defining and evolving a design system, as well as exposure to complex or regulated products, are valuable assets.
• Autonomy, rigor, and ease in making design decisions
• Ability to explain and defend choices clearly and constructively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Mastery of French is considered an asset
