Job description
Cargo: Computer Technician
Main Responsibilities:
Technically support activities related to implementing Microsoft Intune
Assist in configuring and applying policies via Microsoft Intune.
Support the migration of Windows 10 workstations to Windows 11
Register and resolve incidents related to migration and configuration
Support users during the process.
Technical Requirements:
Practical knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
Experience with technical support, both on-site and remote.
Knowledge of device management via Microsoft Intune.
Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD (basic).
Knowledge of Computer Networks
Ability to follow technical procedures and collaborate with project teams.
Behavioral Profile:

Good communication with users and technical team.
Focus on problem-solving.
Commitment to deadlines and quality delivery.
Educational Background:
Technical Course in Computer Science, Networks or related areas.
