Computer Technician

What your weeks are going to look like

• Technical support and ensuring the optimal functioning of hardware and software;
• High-quality customer service, responding effectively and proactively to the needs and challenges of production teams;
• Maintenance of the IT infrastructure;
• Installation/reinstallation of operating systems and software;
• Documentation of all activities in the request management tool;
• Collaboration with the manager to resolve anomalies or more complex issues;
• Management and updating of software, hardware, and various IT tool inventories;
• Over time, management of requested IT setups and active participation in departmental projects;
• Any other related tasks aimed at supporting teams from a technological standpoint.
