Computer Support Analyst
Job description
We are looking for a Computer Support Analyst.
Requirements:
Must have a completed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
Minimum professional experience of 3 (three) years in administration and support of backup solution (hardware and software) and medium-sized storage category (hardware and software)
Minimum professional experience of 1 (one) year with IT environment monitoring or security information event monitoring, and basic knowledge of monitoring and service management mechanisms and protocols
ITIL 4 Foundation, or higher
At least one certification in Microsoft or Linux Operating Systems is admitted;
40-hour course in medium-sized storage administration
