COMPUTER NETWORK AND SYSTEMS ENGINEER / MARKETING SPECIALIST / ACCOUNTANT

A Melbourne-based IT Company is looking for full-time Computer Network and Systems Engineer / Marketing Specialist / Accountant to join our growing team.

About the role

Duties/Responsibilities: For Computer Network and Systems Engineer

Research, analyze, evaluate and monitor the network plans, operations and integrate hardware network for optimal performance

Develop, evaluate computer systems and specifications

Install and configure the network systems

Diagnose and find resolutions for network faults

Recommend improvements to network infrastructure and operations

Suggest better solution for improvement of network operation including hardware, software, operating systems and communication channels

Troubleshoot network issues and provide support and solutions

Monitor network traffic and usage for optimal results

Deploy, monitor and maintain new networks and software database applications

Monitor and maintain the shared server and workstations, manage and maintain network systems using active directory, upgrade the existing systems from time-to-time

Duties/Responsibilities: For Marketing Specialist

Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing service and products

Manage and coordinate with all sales, marketing, advertisement and promotional for products

Analyze potential customers, service providers, consumer

Research on current market conditions and competitors’ information

Analyze effectiveness of advertising online and new media campaigns, including e-newsletters, promotional material and brochures

Maintain positive relation with customers especially the major customers

Advise on pricing, advertising, sales promotion; propose new marketing strategies

Analyze and report marketing performance; provide recommendations for improvement and make suggestions for additional services.

Provide sufficient information to the Director to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activities

Duties/Responsibilities: For Accountant

Prepare, examine and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports

Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports

Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information and trends, for internal decision-making purposes

Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns

Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations

Maintain accounting controls and provide advice

Benefits and perks

Great salary package ($75,000 to $115,000) will be rewarded to the right candidate.

Skills and Attribute

Ideal Candidate must be:

Previous experience in a similar role

Ability to use engineering and design software and equipment and sound knowledge in technology

Excellent technical skills and attention to detail

Critical thinking, good organizational and leadership skills

Sound analytical, problem-solving skills and strict to deadlines

Excellent planning, scheduling, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

High level of literacy and numeracy and deadline focus

Strong ability to provide customer satisfaction

Ability to prioritize and work effectively within a team as well as individual
