On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an Accountant (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the monthly and annual closings of the various entities and will participate in the preparation of consolidated accounts.
• You will also carry out tasks related to inventories.
• You will analyze and justify the various operating accounts and ensure the processing of adjusting entries, accruals, and depreciation related in particular to equipment and leasing contracts.
• You will also record general expenses, salaries, and social charges.
• You will ensure the financial monitoring of the various structures and supervise cash management.
• You will regularly prepare cash flow statements and monitor bank accounts. You will prepare and execute payments while controlling various bank fees.
• You will also participate in the preparation of quarterly budgets and ensure their monitoring.
• You will prepare VAT returns and all elements necessary for the preparation of tax returns.
• You will ensure compliance with various legal and tax deadlines and obligations and will prepare monthly data relating to turnover.
• You will record and monitor customer payments, creditors, cash movements, and various transfers.
• You will process invoices from suppliers and those related to partners, equipment, and leasing contracts.
• You will also handle accounting operations related to goods transfers, various points of sale, and properties.
• You will ensure the follow-up of customer accounts, reminders, and any litigation files. In case of non-payment or bankruptcy of a client, you will take the necessary steps to recover debts.
• You will also respond to client inquiries regarding their accounting situation and will issue credit notes when necessary.
• You will constantly ensure the quality and reliability of accounting data and compliance with internal procedures.

Your profile:

• You have solid experience in general accounting and master the various steps involved in monthly and annual closings.
• You work with rigor and precision and guarantee the reliability and accuracy of accounts and closings.
• You master accounting, legal, and tax obligations, particularly regarding VAT, closings, and budgets, and ensure compliance with various deadlines.
• You have good knowledge of treasury and cash management and are comfortable with monitoring banking and financial operations.
• You ensure rigorous follow-up of debtors, reminders, and recovery files, with the aim of limiting payment delays and litigation situations.
• You master budget monitoring and are able to analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and provide reliable information to support decision-making.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and accounting software and adapt quickly to internal processes and working methods.
• Your sense of responsibility, discretion, and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with various internal and external stakeholders complete your profile.
• You are organized, autonomous, and methodical, you know how to manage priorities and meet deadlines, including during closing periods.
