Accounts Payable Accountant

As part of the development of our clients' activities, an industrial company based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a

Accounts Payable Accountant

Reporting to the Finance department, you will be responsible for:

• Entering, checking, and accounting for supplier invoices;

• Ensuring the follow-up and reconciliation of supplier accounts;

• Preparing and making supplier payments in compliance with deadlines;

• Performing bank reconciliations;

• Processing expense reports and other current accounting operations;

• Participating in monthly and annual closing procedures;

• Participating in the improvement of accounting and administrative processes.
  
  

• Education in accounting, finance, or an equivalent qualification;

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland;

• Good command of general and accounts payable accounting principles;

• Proficiency in common IT tools, especially Excel;

• Knowledge of an accounting ERP is an asset;

• Fluent French; proficiency in English is a plus;

• Organized, rigorous, autonomous person with a good team spirit;

• Attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
