AP/AR Accountant - Up to €4,000 gross/month

In the context of strengthening the financial department, we are looking for a bilingual French-Dutch AP/AR accountant capable of combining operational precision and global vision of financial flows. Your responsibilities As an AP/AR Accountant, you ensure the complete management of supplier and customer flows, while contributing to the reliability of financial data. Supplier accounting (Accounts Payable) Encoding, control, and validation of supplier invoices. Creation and updating of supplier data. Correct imputation of costs and respect for internal procedures. Preparation of payments and tracking of deadlines. Active participation in monthly closures. Customer accounting (Accounts Receivable) Tracking of issued invoices and control before sending. Management of reminders and payment tracking. Encoding of bank statements and ledger accounts. Analysis of open balances and proactive communication with concerned parties. Closures and process improvement Regular reconciliations of customer and supplier accounts. Support for monthly and annual closures. Participation in continuous optimization of financial procedures. You work closely with the finance team and are a key point of contact for questions related to billing and financial flows. Profile sought Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent. Relevant experience in AP/AR accounting, in a structured environment. Technical skills Good mastery of general accounting principles. Experience in encoding, ledgering, and reconciliations. Very good mastery of Excel and ease with computer tools. Languages Mastery of French and Dutch. Knowledge of English is an asset. Personal qualities Rigor and attention to detail. Organization and respect for deadlines. Autonomy and proactivity. Good communication and sense of service. Resistance to stress during peak periods.
