Compression Spring Wrapping Operator

Temporary spa, Leader Agency for Job Search of Attal Group - Bergamo Branch, selects a metalmechanic wrapping spring operator for a specialized client company producing springs. Main responsibilities and tasks will be: - Prepare, operate, and monitor wrapping machines - Use specific tools and equipment for production activities - Perform quality control activities - Clean own workstation and maintain it in order - Participate in lean production activities - Carry out small routine maintenance interventions on work tools and machines - Ability to identify problems and malfunctions in the production line - Report malfunctions and production defects to supervisors - Respect workplace health and safety regulations

Requirements: - Knowledge of measurement tools - Technical knowledge of lean production - Knowledge of machine tools (lathe, milling machine, drill press, saw) - Knowledge of English language - Ability to read technical drawings - Knowledge of spring manufacturing techniques - Knowledge and use of Itaya and Simplex wrapping machines

Working hours: Full-time from Monday to Friday, 8-12/13-17 and/or 2 shifts. Location: Vicinity of Capriate San Gervasio (BG). Job classification: IV/V level CCNL Metalmechanic Workers Union.
