Junior Buyer

This position is for working on a regular, in-person basis, in Governador Valadares, MG.

What do we want to know about you?

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, logistics or related areas.

Experience in Purchasing and follow-up of materials and services for projects (preferably EPC, construction, energy or industrial).

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office package.

Knowledge in ERP (SAP, Oracle or similar).

Intermediate/advanced English.

Skills in communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organization.

What will your daily routine be like?

Manage purchase orders from issuance to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines and technical specifications.

Monitor and report order status, identifying risks and implementing action plans to avoid delays.

Ensure conformity with internal policies, legal norms, and customer requirements.

Support the sourcing and inventory team in defining supply strategies and planning materials.

Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers, seeking continuous improvements.

Analyze performance indicators (OTD, OTP, Short cycle, lead time, savings) and propose corrective actions.
