VACANCY: TECHNOLOGY BUYER!

SALARY: $18,000 MXN NET MONTHLY

We are looking for candidates whose economic expectation is within this budget.

Work area: South CDMX (Coyoacán towards CU)

Modality: On-site

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.

What are we looking for?

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing and procurement.

✔️ Verifiable experience in supplier negotiation.

✔️ Experience in Technology, Telecommunications, Electromechanical infrastructure, or maintenance services.

✔️ Preparation and management of RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and bids.

✔️ Analysis of quotes and preparation of technical-commercial comparisons.

✔️ Experience in generating savings and cost optimization.

✔️ Management, evaluation, and follow-up of suppliers and contracts.

Essential Tools:

• Intermediate-advanced / advanced Excel

• SAP, Ariba, Neodata, or similar purchasing platforms.

• Management of commercial comparisons and cost analysis.

⚙️ Your experience in categories such as will be especially valuable:

Hardware and software

Telecommunications

Licensing and managed services

Maintenance and technical support contracts

UPS and emergency power plants

Precision air conditioning

Transformers and electrical substations

Critical infrastructure

What will you do?

Manage sourcing processes from start to finish, develop negotiation strategies, evaluate technical-economic proposals, generate comparisons, negotiate commercial conditions, and contribute to the achievement of KPIs and savings objectives for the Purchasing department.

You will not have personnel reporting to you.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Systems, Business, or a related field.

Age: irrelevant.
