Purchaser of Spare Parts

We are looking for a Purchaser of Spare Parts to join our team. If you have experience in the HVAC industry, this opportunity may be for you. ❄️ Objective of the position: Ensure timely generation and placement of purchase orders for equipment and spare parts through prompt tracking of each Purchase Order placed, which will allow maintaining the supply flow both at CEDIS and Daikin Clients and ensure their arrival on time and in good condition. ❄️ Main responsibilities include: • Tracking and monitoring of Purchase Orders to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods. • Analyzing and interpreting data from various sources, including sales reports, inventory levels, and market trends. • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders. • Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers and vendors. • Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to Purchase Orders. • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and communications. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Providing support and assistance as needed to other teams and departments. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve efficiency. • Other duties as assigned by management.
