Job description
Responsibilities and duties:
- Conduct constant research on trends and new brands to compose the product mix.
- Select brands and products with exclusive focus on online sales, ensuring that the curation speaks to the group's premium audience.
- Lead prospecting and commercial negotiation with the brand portfolio for all collections (In and OFF).
- Manage commercial relationships with a focus on profitability, price, discounts, and margins for each negotiated action.
- Develop deep analyses of brand performance, using sales reports and product turnover to make quick decisions.
- Structure and monitor sales strategies for your portfolio in conjunction with Paid Media, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Plan activations with the marketing departments of partner brands for campaigns and promotional actions.
- Ensure the fluidity of the logistics process: from merchandise receipt to the activation of items on the website.
- Act as an interface between brands and internal teams (commercial and marketing) for campaign and showcase curation.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Higher Education in Fashion Design, Fashion Business and/or related areas;
- Experience with multi-brand fashion buying;
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
DIFFERENTIAL:
