We are looking for a Composites Manufacturing engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing composite materials and processes for our aircraft products. The ideal candidate should have experience in composites manufacturing, preferably with knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include: Designing and developing composite structures and components; Developing and implementing process controls to ensure quality and consistency; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate composite parts into aircraft systems; Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to composite materials and processes; Maintaining accurate records and documentation of design, development, and testing activities. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA or SolidWorks is required. Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) tools like ANSYS or NASTRAN would be an added advantage.
