Compliance & Systems Lead

Job Description This role will act as the compliance support for the site. The person in this role will be responsible to drive internal external audits, performance monitoring and HACCP reviews on the site. Please note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities: Drive internal and external site audits. Responsible for daily walk throughs, golden rules and scheduling of internal audits. Support the Lead with risk assessments & HACCP reviews. Participate and drive regulatory affairs. Ensure compliance to all relevant regulations and standards. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees on compliance matters. Monitor and report on compliance performance. Identify and address any gaps in compliance processes. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of food safety and quality management systems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
