Compliance Specialist (KYC)

The Compliance Specialist (KYC) will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our company's KYC processes with relevant regulations and industry standards. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures for customer due diligence, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring and reporting on compliance metrics. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and experience working in the financial services industry. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, law, or business is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite is necessary, while experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools would be an asset.
