Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and 2 - 4 years’ experience GRC Specialist to assist and drive compliance and reporting initiatives. You will play a desirable role in aligning our organization’s compliance reporting structure, carrying risk assessment, ensuring compliance with different standards such as ISO 27001:2022, TISAX, SOC 1, SOC 2, AIMS and SOX and assist in driving impactful awareness programs across all levels. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining compliance reports, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that our organization is compliant with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have experience in GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) and possess knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022, TISAX, SOC 1, SOC 2, AIMS and SOX. You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of compliance and reporting initiatives and have experience in developing and implementing effective awareness programs. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
