To strengthen our team in the area of Corporate Development & Contract Management, directly under the management, we are looking for a dedicated Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) for Information Security as soon as possible.

What awaits you

• You will be responsible for the operational implementation, support, and continuous development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001:2022.

• You will coordinate and accompany internal and external information security audits and ensure the sustainable processing and implementation of resulting measures.

• You will assume technical team responsibility for the internal InfoSec team.

• You will conduct or coordinate information security and risk assessments and support the identification, assessment, and treatment of information security risks.

• You will create, maintain, and further develop information security policies, processes, standards, and documentation.

• You will monitor relevant regulatory, normative, and technological developments in the field of information security and assess their impact on our company.

• You will coordinate security-relevant requirements with internal stakeholders as well as our subsidiaries and national companies, and will be the central point of contact for information security questions.

What we are looking for

• You have extensive experience in establishing and further developing Information Security Management Systems according to ISO 27001 and possess practical knowledge in risk analyses and audits, from which you derive targeted improvement measures.

• You combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills, derive concrete measures from standards and regulatory requirements, and successfully implement them through structured project and stakeholder management. You convey complex contexts understandably and appropriately to different target groups.

• You present yourself confidently and courteously, advise departments and management on information security issues, and pragmatically align security requirements with business objectives.

• You work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner, take responsibility, and enjoy actively shaping and continuously developing the information security of an internationally positioned company.

• You have very good German and English language skills.
