Compliance Senior - Vigilanza Office

LHH For an important client, we are looking for a resource that will be inserted into the Vigilanza Office and will provide execution of the inspection activities provided by the annual program for verification of compliance with legislative and administrative provisions applicable to subjects enrolled. Responsibilities The selected figure will follow the entire procedural process, from document collection and analysis to evaluation of the results of checks, including preparation of preliminary acts for initiation of sanctioning or cancellation procedures. Reporting directly to the functional manager, ensures coherence of information flows and effective interaction with enrolled subjects, competent authorities, and various internal functions involved. Profile Master's degree in Law and/or Economics. At least three years' experience in compliance or auditing. Availability for frequent travel across national territory is required for the performance of ordinary inspection and compliance activities. Completing the profile are high-level operational autonomy, sharp analytical skills, attention to quality, and excellent communication skills.
