SPARK Schools is seeking a Compliance Officer (Occupational Health and Safety) to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our schools and operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our students, teachers, and staff. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide training and support to our schools and staff on occupational health and safety best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our schools and staff.
