We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer, Data Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs related to data analytics and reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures related to data analytics and reporting. * Monitor and analyze data to identify potential compliance risks and violations. * Conduct regular audits and reviews of data analytics processes and systems. * Investigate and resolve compliance issues and violations. * Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required. * Stay up-to-date on relevant data privacy laws and regulations. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with data-related policies and procedures. * Provide training and guidance to employees on data compliance matters. * Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks. * Participate in the development and maintenance of data security measures. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Law). * 5+ years of experience in compliance or a related field, with a focus on data analytics. * Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). * Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. * Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPP, CISA) are a plus.
