Compliance Monitoring Manager - Aeronautico

Humangest Spa, Specialized Recruitment Agency, is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager to be placed in consulting for a minimum of 20 hours per week with a client company specialized in the maintenance of aeronautical parts. Requirements: 5 years of relevant work experience, at least 2 years in the aerospace sector in an appropriate position; A degree in engineering or technical field relevant to the job, or a qualification as an aeronautical technician or maintenance engineer. Experience in auditing and compliance monitoring is required. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of regulations and standards related to the aerospace industry, such as FAA and EASA. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Italian is an asset. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting audits and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
