Compliance Manager (Wealth)

Pre-requisites: 5 to 7 years of experience in wealth, asset management, or capital markets compliance. Strong hands-on exposure to PMS, AIF, MFD, or similar SEBI-regulated businesses. Deep understanding of SEBI regulations, along with working knowledge of FEMA and corporate laws. Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work closely with business teams. What You’ll Do: Oversee wealth compliance across PMS, AIF, and Mutual Fund Distribution. Manage end-to-end SEBI regulatory filings, ensuring timely submissions and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and maintain a strong control environment.
