Compliance Manager

Job Description You will be part of the Compliance Team and report to the Compliance Leader. In this critical role, you will ensure that the Netherlands business operates within the guidelines set by the Dutch Central Bank and is able to anticipate upcoming changes in the industry. You will also work closely with Group Compliance leaders to ensure that the overall compliance framework in the Netherlands is robust and aligned with both local and Group standards. You will: Support the development of a comprehensive compliance program for the Netherlands business, including monitoring and reporting on regulatory requirements; Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and other external parties; Ensure that all compliance-related activities are properly documented and recorded; Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters; Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices; Work closely with the Compliance Leader to develop and implement a compliance strategy for the Netherlands business. You will also work closely with Group Compliance leaders to ensure that the overall compliance framework in the Netherlands is robust and aligned with both local and Group standards.
