Compliance Manager

Job Description AFFCO Rangiuru currently has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Compliance Manager to join our site leadership team based in the Bay of Plenty. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position provides specialist support to the AFFCO Rangiuru site while co-ordinating the implementation and on-going effectiveness of systems and procedures. The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the site adheres to quality and compliance programmes (including but not limited to) ISO 9001:2015, AS/NZS 4801:2001, and other relevant standards. This includes monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, conducting audits and inspections, identifying and implementing corrective actions, and providing training and guidance to site personnel. The Compliance Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of compliance activities, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. In addition, the role will involve collaborating with other departments within AFFCO Rangiuru to ensure a cohesive approach to quality and compliance across the organisation.
