For our Service Center Legal at the location Plochingen, we are looking for a

Compliance Lead (w/m/d)

with the following tasks:

  • You develop and anchor the group-wide Compliance Management System (CMS) strategically and operationally in our domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
  • You build a strong Compliance team or lead existing team members, developing efficient structures and processes.
  • You are the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all compliance-related issues.
  • You conduct Compliance risk analyses, derive mitigation measures, and develop cross-functional processes for risk reduction and monitoring, including the use of suitable AI-based tools.
  • You process hints from the whistleblower system and conduct internal investigations in close coordination with Legal, HR, and potentially Internal Audit.
  • You create decision-making bases and reports for management and relevant committees and support audits and certifications.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a completed degree in law or economics or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant Compliance experience.
  • You bring long-standing, fundamental practical experience with group-wide Compliance Management Systems and their central building blocks.
  • You have experience in setting up, developing, or transforming Compliance structures and organizations.
  • You work analytically, structured, and proactively and are accustomed to preparing decisions and consistently following them up.
  • You communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels and convince through clear, solution-oriented communication.
  • You communicate safely in German and English and convey complex regulatory content clearly and address-specific.
